What are the shipping times for the UK?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the United Kingdom typically takes 9-15 business days from the date of shipment.
Is there a shipping fee?
No. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders throughout the United Kingdom.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We maintain a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our concierge at contact@curatostore.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
After inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days.
Orders & Customs
Will I have to pay import duties?
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order is accepted. Please review your details carefully before checkout.
