Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing may take longer during high-volume periods or holidays.

Shipping Times & Methods

We offer the following shipping options to the United Kingdom:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days. This option is cost-effective but has a longer transit time.

  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. This is our fastest and most secure option, handled by premium carriers.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the United Kingdom. Curato is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any additional fees will apply to your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
